Everyone knows that first year members are among the most valuable - and the most vulnerable - that you have in any organization. The question is, what can you do to assure that they will come back for those critical 2nd and 3rd years. In this session we'll outline the steps for an effective new member intake and retention program.
- get a better handle on the "value" of first year members
- see what others are doing to on-board new members
- pick up ideas for targeted first year member engagement
